Katherine has experience of working for companies on non-contentious matters, including drafting employment documents such as contracts, staff handbooks, GDPR and data subject access requests. She has also assisted in defending claims against employers in the Employment Tribunal, including claims for unfair dismissal and discrimination.

Katherine also advises individuals on both contentious and non-contentious issues including negotiating settlement agreements, contractual terms, raising grievances, attending disciplinary hearings and representing employees in the Employment Tribunal.

Katherine has previously worked in the commercial and NGO sectors, both in the UK and Middle East.
