Pamaldeep primarily practices in Child Care Law, representing parents in matters involving social services, both pre-proceedings (PLO) and during care proceedings. Pamaldeep works under the supervision of the senior partner, Jasbinder Dail. Pamaldeep also covers work in the Staines, Hampshire and Richmond Upon Thames area.
Pamaldeep conducts her own advocacy at Court, mainly at the County Court. Pamaldeep advises and represents vulnerable clients who suffer from learning and mental health difficulties and are victims of domestic violence.
Pamaldeep is very passionate about her cases and can provide her clients with realistic and constructive advice, delivered with empathy and respect.
Pamaldeep has dealt with cases involving neglect, physical abuse, domestic abuse, substance misuse and non-accidental injury.
Education
Pamaldeep obtained an LLB (HONS) degree from City University of London and achieved a 2:1
Pamaldeep obtained a postgraduate diploma (LPC) and LLM (Master of Laws) from City University London and achieved a Commendation.
Experience
Pamaldeep has extensive experience predominately in respect of public and private law children matters.
Pamaldeep has advised clients in PRO BONO clinics and worked closely with ‘Shelter’, whilst working in Slough.
