Rodney is a consultant in the property department of our Staines office, having retired from the role of the firm’s senior partner. He specialises in advising on matters relating to property – both residential and commercial, and also companies and partnerships.

He has wide experience in dealing with all aspects of residential property transactions including the buying, selling and leasing of land, houses and flats, transfer of property, mortgages and applications to extend the length of residential leases.

Rodney has a wealth of knowledge of commercial property transactions including the buying, selling and leasing of offices, warehouses, shops, restaurants and public houses.

In addition to dealing with residential and commercial property transactions, Rodney has also considerable experience which enables him to advise on a range of business issues for owner managed and small to medium sized firms, companies and partnerships.

Rodney has worked in the legal profession for over 30 years, having initially trained with a London firm. He qualified as a solicitor in 1979 and became a partner with Rowberry Morris in 1981. He was the firm’s senior partner and remains a consultant with the firm now that he has retired.
