Helen is based in our Tadley office and is head of the firm’s Private Client department.
As a Chartered Legal Executive and Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (also known as STEP), Helen has many years’ experience handling a wide range of private client matters, often in difficult and sensitive situations.
Drawing on her considerable expertise in advising clients on will drafting, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, Court of Protection applications, administration of estates and matters concerning future planning, Helen is committed to delivering a high level of service to all her clients.
Helen has worked within the legal profession since leaving school. She obtained her Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in December 1998 and joined Rowberry Morris in January 2001, originally as a fee earner in the Family department. Helen transferred to the firm’s Private Client department and continued her training, attaining her STEP accreditation in July 2010. This qualification means that Helen is classed as being among the most experienced and senior practitioners in the field of trusts and estates.
Helen is a Dementia Friend and also a member of the Law Society’s Private Client section.
Outside of work, Helen enjoys walking, and her weekly Zumba class.
