Kruti has over 14 years’ experience in Residential Property. She joined Rowberry Morris in June 2022 having qualified as a solicitor in January 2009.

Kruti is experienced in all aspects of freehold and leasehold transactions, including sale and purchase of registered and unregistered land, transfers of equity, new builds and lease extensions.
