Luke Cheshire

Luke practices both Private and Public Family Law under the supervision of two senior partners, Jasbinder Dail and Stuart Duncan. Luke represents parents in matters which involve the Local Authority, both pre-proceedings (Public Law Outline Process) and during care proceedings. Luke also deals with issues arising from relationship breakdown including divorce, separation and arrangements for children.

 

Luke is hard-working, professional and prides himself on providing his clients with an excellent level of care. Luke has considerable experience in representing victims of domestic abuse.

 

Luke obtained a first class LLB (Hons) Degree in Law from Cardiff University. Luke further completed a postgraduate diploma in Legal Practice (LPC) and LLM (Master of Laws) from University of Law and achieved a Distinction.
