Stuart is a family law specialist based at our Tadley office. He advises on all aspects of family law, with a particular emphasis on complex financial matters. He specialises in issues arising from relationship breakdown including divorce, separation and arrangements for children. He also has expertise in dealing with pre-nuptial agreements and cases involving unmarried couples.
Stuart has advised clients for over 17 years across the Thames Valley, developing particular expertise on the financial consequences of relationship breakdown. He is a Resolution member and has been recommended by the UK’s leading law directory, the Legal 500. His clients are typically medium to high net worth individuals, including professionals and business owners.
His experience includes:
