Liam qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and joined Rowberry Morris in December 2012. He is experienced in dealing with a wide range of claims for individuals and companies, from very simple disputes to complex matters with a high financial value and technical bias.
In addition, he also has considerable experience in drafting and advising on contractual matters, assisting clients to ensure that their objectives are met, and the scope for possible future dispute is minimised.
Areas of practice also include contractual and commercial disputes, consumer law, building and construction, professional negligence, property and land disputes (including boundaries, easements, covenants and restrictions), and recovery of debt. Liam enjoys assisting landlords and tenants in both residential and commercial tenancies, and is experienced in dealing with everything from possession proceedings to dilapidations claims.
Liam is also very experienced in financial services Law and has considerable experience in litigation involving the mis-sale of financial products to private individuals and commercial customers of banks. Liam has been instructed in a number of high profile interest rate swap mis-selling claims, and other matters such as mis-sale of investment products, mortgages, and pensions.
Away from his desk Liam loves spending time with his wife and daughter and is a keen musician.
