Practitioners Code for Will preparation in England and Wales came into effect which introduced a binding set of principles and expected practices for all members of STEP in England & Wales.
The STEP Code for Will preparation lays out a set of ethical principles that demonstrate openly the standard of transparency and service a client can expect from a STEP Member preparing their Will. Its introduction follows the government’s call for professional bodies to develop their own code of conduct specifically covering Will writing in England & Wales.
Members of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners include the most experienced and senior practitioners in the field of Wills, Trusts and Estates. Rowberry Morris have two Full Members of STEP, Helen Greenwood and Oliver Campbell. Your Will will be drafted in accordance with the STEP will writing code, taking into account your particular circumstances, ensuring that you receive a high-quality service from the lawyers at Rowberry Morris.

What our customers say
“My father’s estate proved far too complex to deal with at a time when other matters had priority. It was a relief to hand it all over to Mrs Greenwood who took it over and processed everything that was necessary without any fuss or bother. I also felt that it was very good value for the amount of work that was involved”
